Safety

Safety is a number one priority at Massey Electric.  We have a full time Safety Director on staff who is dedicated to ensuring that our employees are provided a safe work environment.  Safety is a continuous process, and our Safety Committee, which is comprised of employees at every level of our company, meets quarterly to review outcome and feedback and to discuss changes that need to be made.

Our Safety program also includes weekly “Tool Box” meetings, a safety incentive plan, and a computerized tracking system of each field employee for monitoring all training programs.  Safety is a major component of the Massey culture.

Massey Electric meets or exceeds all OSHA guidelines.  Our safety practices, training, and being proactive allows us to maintain the safest work environment possible for our employees.  

Massey has won the ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) Gold Achievement Award in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
